Transportation and Works

Consultant Registry

The Consultant Registry is intended to keep accurate information on active consulting firms who wish to provide consulting services to the Department of Transportation and Works, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Firms approved for the Consultant Registry will be listed as active and available as part of the TW Consultant Engagement Process for engineering services and architectural services with an estimated value of $100,000 or less.

The engagement of consultants follows the guidelines and framework of Public Procurement Regulations under the Public Procurement Act (O.C.2018-029)

Firms wishing to be included in the Consultant Registry must complete and submit a TW Consultant Registry Application – Company Registration Form and the relevant discipline form for each discipline you are seeking registration. Please note that additional disciplines have been added for 2019.

In order to ensure information is current, consultants are requested to submit updates in a timely manner any time there is a change in company structure, team members, ownership, name, address or other pertinent information.  Given that changes in staff, amalgamation and reorganization occur in an ongoing manner, your assistance is required to help us maintain an up-to-date and accurate Consultant Registry.

All consultants are required to re-apply for registration annually.  Failure to re-apply will result in non-inclusion in the Consultant Registry.

Consultants who receive a Limited Call invitation are expected to respond to that invitation – either to Decline or to Submit a proposal.  Consultants who fail to respond to three invitations (meaning they do not submit a decline notice or a proposal) may be excluded from consideration for future Limited Call invitations.

Please click on the appropriate forms provided below and complete the application/update.  Once completed, save the forms.
