The province is broken down into four regions with Regional offices located in Avalon, Central, Western and Labrador.
Responsibilities
- Program delivery of property management services and a
shared responsibility for the delivery of property
development, alterations, and improvement services;
- Serving as building landlord including operation and
maintenance service to government owned and leased
properties;
- Management of financial, human, plant, and material
resources for these activities;
- Regional program delivery for the leasing of office
buildings for government departments and the acquisition and
disposal of realty assets.
